We are seeking an experienced and reliable Support Worker to join our team supporting a participant on Russell Island, QLD. This role offers flexible day, afternoon, and night shifts and will be commencing in January.

About the role:
You will be providing direct support to a participant with daily living, personal care, and community access. The role requires a calm, professional, and reliable approach, with a focus on building independence and maintaining dignity.

Key duties include:

• Personal care and daily living support
  
• Community access and social participation
  
• Assistance with routines and independence
  
• Maintaining a safe and respectful environment
  
• Other support duties as required
  

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience as a Support Worker
  
• Current Police Check
  
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  
• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable car
  
• Full comprehensive vehicle insurance
  
• Professional, compassionate, and reliable nature
